Fernox appoints sales manager for Ireland

Chemical water treatment and filter manufacturer Fernox has appointed Richard Thompson as area sales manager for Ireland.

Chemical water treatment and filter manufacturer Fernox has appointed Richard Thompson as area sales manager for Ireland.

He has more than a decade of heating industry experience. Having been previously self-employed commissioning and servicing oil fired boilers, he joined leading oil and boiler manufacturer, Warmflow in 2006 as a service technician. After three years in that role, Richard then became a technical representative where he was responsible for product specification, installer training, customer support and maintaining and growing a network of installers, merchants and heating engineers.

As area sales manager for Fernox, he will be tasked with maintaining and expanding existing networks of stakeholders within the supply chain, servicing merchants, installers and engineers, whilst promoting the brand throughout Ireland.
