Workman extends ECS contract

Commercial property management specialist Workman LLP has appointed Environmental Control Services, a subsidiary of Managed Support Services, to provide hvac maintenance services at six office buildings in London and the south east of England.
This latest three-year contract builds on an existing relationship that dates back to 2005 and increases the number of sites maintained by Environmental Control Services on behalf of Workman LLP to more than 30 and over 1.5 million sg ft.
Environmental Control Services was awarded the additional contract following a competitive tender process, which included a mix of national and regional maintenance providers. The company was selected based on its proven regional engineering network in and around the M25 that possesses the ability to meet strict response times and provide appropriately skilled support at all times.
