Wessex honours top six

HVCA immediate past president Graham Manly presented the Wessex Training Awards during a ceremony held at the Rose Bowl, Southampton.

This year’s roll of honour comprised: Matthew Moore of Wessex Building Services (chairman’s special award); James Lambden of Wessex Building Services (advanced apprentice award, industrial/commercial heating and ventilation); Ben Lee of Wessex Building Services (intermediate apprentice award, industrial/commercial heating and ventilation); Wendy Steward of Southampton City Council (junior apprentice award, plumbing); Anthony Hale of Aura Gas (adult existing worker/adult trainee award, gas installation); and Daniel Vaughan of Debut (advanced apprentice award, electrotechnical). The Wessex Training Awards were organised by HVCA subsidiary Building Engineering Services Training (BEST) and sponsored by Pegler Yorkshire.
