Waterloo Air Products has appointed Nick Broad as customer services manager — a newly created position.

Waterloo Air Products has appointed Nick Broad as customer services manager — a newly created position.

One of his first tasks is to bring together the estimating and sales departments as part of the company’s commitment to strengthening its customer service.

Nick has 11 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration and his understanding of installation makes him ideally suited to the role.
