Vaisala presents new humidity sensors in the HMD60 series

In September, Vaisala launched two new models in the next generation HMD60 series.

The sensors are as dependable as before, with better accuracy and new features such as wet bulb and dew point calculation and easy field configuration.

The two new models measure humidity and temperature (HMD62) and there is also a model for measuring temperature only (TMD62).

Both the duct-mounted transmitters are robust and reliable, designed for use in demanding HVAC and light industrial applications. They are resistant to chemicals and dust, with an IP66-rated all-metal body.

The stability and accuracy of the new HMD60 series is based on Vaisala’s HUMICAP R2 sensor.
