Heating and Ventilating

The right sensors for better IAQ

In the world we are now living in it is extremely important to achieve Good Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and all ventilation systems rely on the sensors to provide this information, so that an informed decision can be made on the buildings operation…

BAPI provides a full five-year warranty across its product range including the “Duct” unit pictured here.

BAPI’s HVR Award Winning Particulate Matter Sensor is an accurate and reliable way of continuously monitoring the concentration of particles in a room. Laser-based sensors provide the highest accuracy for commercial applications and will measure particle concentrations from 0 to 1,000 µg/m3. The field selectability of this unit allows the installers to choose the desired PM level (PM1.0, PM2.5 & PM10) by simple dip switch operation. BAPI provides a full 5 year warranty across their product range. Available in “Room” (Fig 1) and “Duct” (Fig 2) units.

BAPI’s Award Winning CO2 & VOC sensors use the latest technology meaning they can be used in any application including (24/7) and guaranteed to provide accurate measurements for 5 years, so no need for costly annual maintenance visits to recalibrate the sensor. Measuring a CO2 & VOC range of 0 to 2000 ppm this unit is ready to monitor within 2 mins of installation. Available in “Room” (Fig 3) and “Duct” (Fig 4) units.

What happens when your Air Quality Sensor is not working properly?
Simple, it means the building management system and ventilation are not working effectively or efficiently and employee’s productivity is greatly affected, this is known as SBS: Sick Building Syndrome! We all deserve better air quality.
