TCL acquires Serviceplan

TCL Air Conditioning has acquired Seviceplan for an undisclosed sum.
TCL installs, services and maintains air conditioning systems for offices and commercial premises and is based in Ashington, West Sussex.

Serviceplan, based in Sunbury on Thames, was established in 1987 for the maintenance of air conditioning and building services in offices, server and computer rooms, within London and the Home Counties.

Director of TCL Air Conditioning, Dan Andrews, said: 'We have been actively looking to acquire well established air conditioning companies based in the South East of England over the past few years. Serviceplan has a great reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget. The exceptionally high quality of their engineers and great customer base ticked all the boxes for us and we are very happy to have concluded the purchase in rapid time.'

He confirmed that TCL is also currently considering other potential acquisitions.
