Smith’s names new ceo

Smith’s Fan Convectors has appointed Ken Hale as its new chief executive officer.

Ken has a proven track record in leading the development and delivery of change programmes to achieve profitable business growth. With expertise in sales, marketing and product development strategies, the company says his knowledge will prove invaluable as it looks to continue the expansion of its product portfolio.

Prior to joining Smith’s, Ken was managing director at Baro Lighting (UK) Limited – a specialist retail lighting manufacturer. Over the last two decades, he has held similar senior roles within a number of organisations, mainly in the manufacturing and retail sector.
