Smiths continues expansion with new recruit

Essex-based Smith's Environmental Products has recently announced the appointment of new staff member, Keith Evans, to its sales team as the company continues its national expansion.

Keith has been appointed as regional manager for West Midlands and Mid Wales to promote the Smith's brand and its products through builders' merchants and the specification market.

Previously a regional sales manager for the West Midlands and South Wales at Dimplex, Keith brings with him 25 years' experience in the heating industry and has extensive knowledge of the heating industry across his key geographical areas.

David Higham, CEO at Smith's commented, 'I am delighted that our ongoing hard work and business strategy has given us the opportunity to invest in recruiting Keith. We welcome him to the team and are very much looking forward to another successful year in the UK fan convector market.'

Since 1991, Smith's has manufactured an extensive portfolio of domestic and light commercial fan convectors. All are supported by a five-year parts and labour guarantee. Typical domestic applications range from new houses, surgeries, places of worship, education establishments, kitchen refurbishment, social housing and other commercial applications.
