New supply chain manager for Stelrad

Radiator manufacturer Stelrad Radiators has appointed Michael Haythorne as its new supply chain manager.

Michael Haythorne

Mr Haythorne joins Stelrad having worked for High Street and e-commerce market leaders and is passionate about providing the best possible customer experience driven by a focussed supply chain, with a keen eye on sustainability. He plans to work closely with the Stelrad suppliers to mitigate the company’s current carbon footprint.

As well as running and walking in his spare time, Mr Haythorne volunteers as a park ranger in the Peak District. One of the highlights of his life to date was taking part in the 2010 Marathon of Sables – the toughest foot race in the world – six days running the equivalent of six marathons – through the Sahara Desert of Southern Morocco.
