NEW CORE Side Stream Magnetic Filter

The CORE Side Stream Filter, manufactured in the UK, offers an innovative solution to enhance system filtration by effectively removing dirt and debris. Partnering with a manufacturer which has over 100 years of experience in magnetics, CORE has developed a state-of-the-art product that ensures reliability and efficiency as standard.

A key feature of this unit is its reusable stainless steel mesh filter. Designed to work with a biocide, which removes harmful non-magnetic particles under 150 microns, such as bacteria and pseudomonas, ensuring thorough system cleaning. The advantages of the reusable mesh basket include consistent flow rates with a reduced risk of blockages and lower ongoing costs and maintenance time. With just one powerful magnet, the cleaning process is simplified, yet ferrous contaminants are still effectively captured.

Notably, the CORE Side Stream Filter complies with BSRIA BG29 and BG50 standards, ensuring it meets industry benchmarks for performance and reliability. By integrating CORE's biocide treatment, the filter protects the entire system without needing anti-bacterial filters. This approach boosts sustainability while reducing operational costs by eliminating the need for consumables. The CORE range also offers an insulation jacket to fit the side stream filter.

The unit’s low-pressure drop design enhances efficiency by having minimal impact on system flow. Its customisable inlet and outlet positions make installation quick and easy, making it a user-friendly choice for facilities of any size.

Available exclusively through SBS, with branches nationwide, the CORE Side Stream Filter is backed by an impressive 10-year warranty.
