Chris Ricketts has joined BSS Industrial as its new category director for piping systems.
He has 14 years' experience within BSS and has worked in a number of roles, including technical support engineer and, most recently, product group manager.
His new role will involve driving forward innovation and new product development for the piping systems division, as well as actively supporting the regional managers with their commercial and supplier development strategies.
Mr Ricketts' appointment follows a senior management restructuring within the Travis Perkins Group in which Sue Greatorex was promoted to divisional buying director for the Travis Perkins plumbing and heating division and Andy Raine was promoted to commercial director for BSS Industrial.
