Noted in the Doomsday book, Harrietsham is a rural village nestling in the North Downs, seven miles east of Maidstone. Built in the 1990s its village hall with three function rooms to choose from supports events such as engagement, wedding and birthday parties.
In 2020, it was deemed that the existing boiler was beyond economical repair and the remedial works were to be carried out by long established mechanical contractor, Hadene Building Services Ltd.
Mikrofill supplied a frame mounted Ethos 90kW condensing boiler capable of modulating down to as little as 9kW and Nox levels of only 33 mg/kW.
The boiler provides LPHW to each of the function rooms and common areas and is unvented by the use of a Mikrofill 3 pressurisation package.
