More people have registered to visit this year's Manchester HEVAR than ever before and the line up of HVAC's big names is proving to be popular.
With the hall doors of this two-day HVAC exhibition open today, early indications are that the Lancashire County Cricket Club venue is filling up fast.
HEVAR event organiser Jan Thorpe said: 'When the doors opened at 9.30am, there was a bit of a queue of people wanting to get in. The hall's certainly filling up.
'We had more people pre-registering for this event than we've ever had for Manchester'.
As well examining the latest HVAC products on display, today's visitors gathered to go to the heat pump seminar, (which will be repeated tomorrow) and a CIBSE conference called 'Achieving value from the energy certification process'.
'It's standing room only for the heat pump seminar, we've had to put extra chairs in and they're still standing outside', said Paul Braithwaite, editor of Heating and Ventilating Review.
He added:'The CIBSE conference is packed too. We've got the best speakers in the HVAC industry here. Not to mention the fact that I'm here! Those of you who want to come and have a chat with me, come to the Heating and Ventilating Review stand'.
