Lochinvar appoints UK sales engineer

Lochinvar has appointed Scott Mason to a new role as UK sales engineer for integrated renewable solutions.

The company sees the post as a key part of its strategy to expand sales of renewable products and solutions that integrate renewable technologies with traditional heating and hot water systems.

Scott, who was already a member of the Lochinvar sales team, will continue to report to national sales manager Liam Elmore and will travel throughout the UK to work with locally-based colleagues and the industry supply chain.

Scott has been with Lochinvar since 2009 having joined as a technical support apprentice straight from school. The company sponsored him through a three-year advanced apprenticeship, which led to a Higher National Certificate in Engineering, and then on to a Higher National Diploma at Warwick College before progressing to a full degree at the University of Northampton.
