Paul Mitchell is a new area sales manager for Lochinvar
Paul has worked at Lochinvar since 2009 and was previously a contracts manager and design engineer at an M&E consultancy. He joined Lochinvar as a product manager and has spent the last 12 years as service manager, taking care of customers and ensuring technical excellence across the business.
“We are going through a busy period, and it was crucial that we appointed someone who could hit the ground running,” said sales director Liam Elmore. “I have every confidence that Paul will continue to be a great asset to Lochinvar and our customers.”
Paul added that it was an exciting time to be at Lochinvar and that his new role would give him the opportunity to get out and visit customers in person. “I am looking forward to making use of my technical and product background to help them with their requirements,” he added.
As a result of Paul taking on his new role Abby Dedman, previously technical support representative, will now become service manager.
