Klima-Therm and LH launch new websites to support K-Turbo

Klima-Therm and LH plc have unveiled new websites as part of strategic growth plans and to support the launch of the new K-Turbo second generation Tubocor chiller.

The companies have their headquarters in Wimbledon and are part of the expanding Calibre Services Group. They believe digital communications are key for success in the future and the new sites are designed to project this forward-thinking approach.

The fully responsive sites automatically optimise the user experience according to the type of digital device used, including smart phones, phablets, tablets and desk-top PCs.

Managing director of Klima-Therm and LH plc, Roberto Mallozzi, said: “We know from visitor analysis that mobile users make up an ever-growing proportion of website usage. This is an important trend and obviously has particular significance for our industry with a large population of installers and service engineers operating in the field.

“It is vital to cater for the needs of people working remotely, as their requirements may often be different from office-based staff searching for information,” he added.

To this end, the new websites provide vital information on products, projects, services and customer support, enabling enquiries to be routed to the most appropriate point of contact.

The Klima-Therm site includes illustrated overviews of its equipment offering, covering chillers, air handling units, terminal units and systems. It includes a major section on turnkey solutions, consisting of a full bespoke design and installation service, offered in association with sister company LH plc.

It also has information on the company’s latest chiller technology roll-out, the K-Turbo, which builds on the award-winning Turbomiser chiller. Available on R134a or ultra-low Global Warming Potential (GWP) HFO R1234ze refrigerant, the K-Turbo delivers even higher energy efficiencies, made possible by its cascade refrigeration design based on the latest Turbocor compressors.

Tim Mitchell, Klima-Therm’s sales director, said: “For many years, our Turbomiser range has been the default choice for high efficiency, low maintenance chilled water systems. The new K-Turbo range has all of the features that made Turbomiser such a winning formula, then builds on that pedigree with seasonal efficiency gains of up to 22 percent as well as even lower servicing costs, quieter running and improved resilience.”
