Kier to launch facilities services division

The Kier group is merging two of its operations Kier Managed Services (KMS) and Kier Building Services Engineers (KBSE) into new division Kier Facilities Services.

Lead by former KMS md Colin Hale, Kier Facilities Services will be officially launched on November 1.

Having gained 1,200 staff based in London, Cardiff, Basingstoke and Sheffield offices and a turnover of £120million, Kier Facilities Services will provide facilities services, building maintenance services and building engineering services, under a single contract.
