In addition, the company has made five more appointments in its sales and customer services departments.
Claire will bring her depth of expertise in management, HR and marketing to ensure that the Jaga team continues to provide customers with fully tailored solutions using its leading heating, ventilation and cooling products.
Previously Jaga’s financial controller for 12 years, Claire was responsible for developing the firm’s financial strategy, managing HR and marketing as well as being an integral member of the management team.
The company has also appointed three new business development managers. Liz Fake joins from HVAC manufacturer Geberit and will cover the East of England and North London. She is well known in the commercial HVAC market, with previous experience at Merriot and Zehnder. HVAC specialist Jim Glass will offer dedicated support in Scotland and joins from QRL Radiator Group. Jaga is also thrilled to welcome back Darren Howat, who returns from QRL Radiator group, and will cover the South East and South London.
Excellent customer service support is central to Jaga’s business and it has invested in the addition of two new customer service employees – Maitie Wright and Chris Wright – to continue to provide outstanding support to its growing customer base.
