J S Wright recruits senior engineer

J S Wright, the building services specialist based in Birmingham, has appointed Mike Wood as senior contracts engineer.

Mr Wood, who has over 25 years' experience in mechanical building services, will be based at the company's new London office in Trafalgar Square.

Previously a project manager for a UK engineering company, where he worked on commercial and educational projects, he is already project managing a £3.5m contract for a major new residential scheme at Canada Water.

Rising from trainee draughtsman with an M&E service provider in London, he has also project managed high-end redevelopments for a building services consultant.
