Inteb Sustainability, the sustainability and low energy solutions specialist, has appointed Steve Williams as training services manager.
Inteb recruits training services manager
Based at Myerscough in Preston, Inteb became one of only two government-accredited Green Deal Providers for the corporate real estate sector in October last year.

Prior to that, the firm had written training courses for leading colleges around the country and had been appointed as the official training partner of the National Skills Academy for Environmental Technologies (NSAET).

Inteb's experience in the sector had led to the development of bespoke, in-house training courses for the large number of positions that Green Deal will create for installers and advisors.

Mr Williams will drive this training programme forward and co-ordinate it nationwide. He previously worked as an energy consultant at his own company, Williams Energy, where he was involved in energy and air conditioning auditing and certification, energy consumption analysis, building surveys and the provision of end-to-end energy solutions.

He was also a coursework assessor and instructor for the Level 3 & 4 Non Domestic energy Assessor course for both City & Guilds and The Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) qualification route. In addition, he has extensive experience in air conditioning and refrigeration has a background and qualifications in general engineering.
