Renewable heat company Innasol has recruited its twentieth member of staff.
The appointment of Jake Golder as technical sales specialist means the fast-growing company's total workforce has more than doubled since the start of the year.
Innasol has seen growing demand for its high-quality boilers as biomass is increasingly accepted as an environmentally-friendly and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. Its UK-wide network of sales and distribution partners has also expanded.
In addition, the company is reporting a heightened take-up of technology training courses at the Innasol Academy, where the curriculum is expanding and delegates are doubling this year. It expects to see further growth as the Renewable Heat Incentive extends to domestic installations in spring 2014.
Innasol has grown strongly since setting up October 2010 in response to huge demand for high-quality renewable heating systems. The company says its rapid expansion reflects demand for sustainable alternatives to increasingly costly oil, gas and electrical heating, fuel poverty and concerns over Britain's carbon footprint.
