The tour started on 20 October at Ellesmere Port and finishes on 15 December in Folkstone.
The company has teamed up with City Plumbing Supplies to bring its roadshow to its branches across the UK, demonstrating the full range of boilers now available. Ideal’s mobile training centre of excellence has been fitted out with the new Logic 2014 alongside the Esprit Eco and Vogue boilers.
In addition, installers will be able to take part in the Ideal Challenge, stripping down a Logic+ combi boiler against the clock. The fastest time at each branch will win the installer an Ideal workwear kit, while the overall fastest installer will win a Logic+ boiler. Everyone who completes the Ideal Challenge will receive an Ideal goodie bag!
Training Manager Scott Young is keen to encourage installers to take advantage of the roadshow to get up to date information, “We’re looking forward to taking our training centre on the road, meeting new installers and introducing them to the range of Ideal boilers available to them through City Plumbing Supplies. We’ll be on site daily from 7.30am, cuppas and bacon sandwiches at the ready!”
He added: “It’s also a great opportunity for installers to find out what free training is available for them, learn more about Installer Connect and have a bit of fun trying the Ideal Challenge.”
