Neil joins from Radiodetection (part of SPX Corporation), a global multi-technology company that specialises in the development of new and innovative products essential to utility workers and contractors, where he was global human resources director. Here he gained extensive experience in developing a strategic HR structure and embedded the ongoing implementation of key initiatives which align individual performance to company requirements.
