Construction products manufacturer Hilti has acquired Eurofox, the Austrian facade technology design and manufacturing business.
Eurofox's product range will now be sold through Hilti in the UK and Ireland. In addition, a new National Building Envelope team has been established and comprises seven Hilti account managers.
The company's ventilated facade support systems enable the straightforward construction of all types of contemporary rainscreen facades.
Hilti steel & metal trade manager for Northern Europe, Gareth Prosser, said: 'This is a critical step for both companies as it now allows Hilti to offer the full solution for ventilated facade substructure.'
