One of the founders and directors of leading environmental engineering practice, Henderson Green, is retiring after more than 40 years in the industry.

In 1999, Rob Pratt was one of seven people who formed what has become one of the south's leading construction engineering consultancies.

Passionate about sustainable building design, he is a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) assessor, accredited professional and BREEAM 'In Use' auditor and was responsible for the first ever BREEAM Healthcare assessment with the BRE.
