Heat pumps headline at Manchester HEVAR 2009

A Heat Pump Technology Zone is being launched at Manchester HEVAR 2009, with the full backing of the Heat Pump Association and seminars about this technology will take centre stage.
As part of a brand new heat pump zone, Manchester HEVAR 2009 (January 28-29) will host two heat pump seminar sessions at its Lancashire county cricket club venue.

The talks will cover a wide range of heat pump topics that appeal to contractors, consultants and installers.

Introduced by Tony Bowen, the president of the Heat Pump Association, the key topics to be discussed at Manchester HEVAR's heat pump seminar include:-

-Heat pump types

-How they work

-CO2 emissions

-Grants

-Regulations

-Training

A morning seminar session on Wednesday, January 28, will be repeated at 2pm to allow visitors who arrive later to Manchester HEVAR to take advantage of the advice and solutions being offered.

Complimenting the heat pump talks will be the presence of top suppliers from the heat pump industry on the show floor.

Also new to Manchester 2009 is the 'Demo Area' where live demonstrations of heat pumps and other products will take place throughout the two-day HVAC exhibition.
