Heating, ventilation and air conditioning business the Four Seasons Group has bought Berkeley Controls Group (BCG) for an undisclosed sum.
BCG, a controls company operating from offices in High Wycombe and Leicestershire has clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
The enlarged group, which employs more than 200 staff, will move BCG's High Wycombe operation into the FSG headquarters in High Wycombe, while using BCG's Leicestershire office to expand into the Midlands installation and maintenance markets.
The acquisition is part of Four Season's strategy of offering a wider range of energy reduction building service solutions across a wider range of market sectors.
BCG will add a further £4 million of revenue resulting in combined pro-forma revenue for the group in excess of £30 million.

The combined business’ client list includes H&M, William Hill, WH Smith, Ladbrokes, Waterstones, Carillion, University of Cambridge, the MOD and Carphone Warehouse.
