FG Eurofred has appointed Zubair Ali as customer services manager.
He will be responsible for further improving communication with all of FG Eurofred's customers, both on the distribution and direct sales side.
Mr Ali said: 'My role is to make our processes even more efficient and to ensure all customer contacts are a professional, friendly and positive experience.
'In this commoditised market of air conditioning products, it is important that the service we provide stands out.'
