International environmental, health, safety and sustainability consultancy, ENVIRON, has been appointed by The Carbon Trust Wales to provide carbon management and energy efficiency advice and consultancy services.
The consultancy framework will run for two years with an option to extend for up to four and is part of the Carbon Trust's aim to increase carbon reduction across Wales.
Included in the framework is: carbon and energy management; energy efficiency opportunity identification; low energy building design advice; combined heat and power (CHP) technology; compressed air technology; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology; design advice and industrial heating and lighting.
ENVIRON manager Gordon Lee said: 'ENVIRON already has an established Cardiff base, experience working with businesses across Wales and a strong track record with large commercial industrial and public sector organisations. By linking this expertise into our wider network of carbon and energy, sustainability and resource efficiency consultancy, we can provide the Carbon Trust Wales' clients with expert advice that will help increase their businesses' energy efficiency.'
