EIC opens new Bristol office

National building services provider EIC has relocated its Bristol offices to the Avonmouth area. The company says its new 2,000 sq ft premises, which form part of EIC's national network of 13 regional offices, will also allow it to continue to service long-term clients in the region such as North Somerset Council with whom it has a three-year hard services planned and reactive maintenance contract.
Alan Wade, regional director for EIC West, said: 'Following a number of recent, significant contract wins, it became clear that we would soon require larger premises if we were to continue to meet the needs of both our customers and employees.

'We selected the new premises, which are more than 10 times bigger than the previous offices, because the space fulfils out current needs and provides additional space for the future growth that is needed to support our long term business strategy.'

EIC West - which was established in Aztec West Bristol in March 2010 - handles m&e installation and building services maintenance contracts for a number of clients in the region, including North Somerset Council, Youth Hostel Association (England and Wales), Aldi and South Wales Fire and Rescue Services.
