Dulas has won the 'Installer of the Year' award at the 7th British Renewable Energy Awards - on its 30th anniversary.
Dulas wins REA accolade
The awards celebrate the achievements of companies that consistently strive to further renewable energy in the UK. Dulas was shortlisted along with five other companies and was commended for its long term contribution to the industry across a wide range of technologies and project types. Particular commendation was given to its work providing solar vaccine refrigerators in the developing world.

Working across four core technologies, hydro, wind, biomass and solar, the company's team of engineers and specialists has completed thousands of projects around the world for clients including the National Trust, UNICEF and the Pan American Health Organisation.

Dulas marketing manager, Mike Clay, said: 'We are ecstatic to have been awarded this prestigious accolade and it is testament to the hard work that everyone at Dulas has put into the cause of renewable energy over the past 30 years.'

A not-for-profit trade association, the REA represents British renewable energy producers and promotes the use of renewable energy in the UK.

REA chief executive, Gaynor Hartnell, said: 'We received a record number of over two hundred nominations for this year's Awards. We would like to thank all those who participated - your effort and dedication to this vibrant and growing sector is inspiring.'
