Dalkia regains quality, eco and h&s recognition

Energy and utilities management services company Dalkia has passed auditing for a triple standard re-certification covering ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 comprising standards for quality management, environmental performance and health and safety.
ISO9001, the quality management standard, applies to all types of organisations to ensure reasonable working standards are met.
ISO14001 specifies the process by which a business's environmental performance is controlled and improved.
OHSAS18801 is the Occupational Health and Safety Management System specification, developed in response to the need for organisations to meet their health and safety obligations.
