The search for a new chief executive to lead the Industry Training Board and the sector skills council , ConstructionSkillswill begin in January.

Lobben formed the ConstructionSkills partnership with CITB Northern Ireland and the Construction Industry Council which achieved a licence to operate as the sector skills council for construction in 2003.
