CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) has appointed Elaine Rafferty as its new head of marketing and communications.
As the Institution continues to develop its communications, events, digital and social media strategies and its flagship publication, CIBSE Journal, Ms Rafferty will guide its strategic marketing direction.
She has experience of working within a wide variety of business sectors across a range of organisations, from large businesses to SMEs and start-ups, as well as Government and NGOs. She also has expertise in developing marketing and communications programmes for a diverse range of stakeholders.
