Brymec offers comprehensive press system training

Leading building services components supplier, Brymec, now stocks – and offers free training on – Conex Bänninger's innovative press fitting >B< MaxiPro, and its specialist tools from Rothenberger.

>B< MaxiPro provides secure, permanent leak-proof joints suitable for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. It must be installed by an appropriately trained installer, qualified to work on air conditioning and refrigeration installations and certified via an approved training course. Expert members of Brymec’s sales team are accredited by Conex Bänninger to perform this training.

Prior to taking delivery of any product from the >B< MaxiPro range from Brymec, one of the company’s certified trainers will get in touch to arrange the free practical training. Before attending the course, each delegate receives a technical brochure.

The training itself takes place on a mutually convenient date agreed between the Brymec trainer and delegate. Each trainee who passes the training programme – which includes a questionnaire and trial installation – receives a certificate and training pack.

Jon Hunt, managing director of independent family-run building services engineer Aria Climate Systems, said: “We’d like to say a big thanks to Mark at Brymec and Bill from Conex Bänninger. Having seen the >B< MaxiPro product, the decision for Aria to purchase the tooling and fittings was a ‘no brainer’.

“The Conex Bänninger brand is synonymous with top quality fittings; their on-site training for all our staff was exceptional.

“We are pleased to report that the system is already saving Aria a considerable amount of time and effort. Aside from >B< MaxiPro being the fastest and safest way to join refrigerant pipework, our health and safety risk and method statements for the works are a lot simpler, and not having the need for hot works permits and fire watches are saving us hours on each site.

“Finally, well done to all at Brymec whose ordering and delivery services continue to be outstanding.”

Tested and approved for a wide range of refrigerants and oils, the >B<MaxiPro is flame-free so there is no risk of fire and no need to obtain a hot works permit. No brazing or oxygen free nitrogen purging are required either.

Creating reliable, tamper-proof connections from a single action, >B< MaxiPro benefits from a three-point press – two presses, one on each side of the bead, and one press compressing the O-ring. This provides a permanent and secure joint.

The >B< MaxiPro products come with a one-year guarantee as standard, but for those with the requisite training, this is extended to five years.

Brymec holds Conex Bänninger >B< MaxiPro in stock and can deliver nationwide. To arrange a demonstration or book in your training, call 0333 000 55 55 or click here.
