Bosch Commercial & Industrial's Greenstar HIU range is BESA registered
With both E Plus & KE+ products in the Greenstar range now registered, Bosch Commercial & Industrial now has multiple HIU products from the same range which are BESA registered.
The BESA HIU Test regime calculates the annual Volume Weighted Return Temperature (VWART) from the HIU and provides evidence of compliance with other performance and reliability metrics such as speed of temperature stabilisation.

Using HIU with verified performance, is one important part of the drive to raise technical standards for new heat networks going forward and this is recognised in the current consultation by the Government, looking into a market framework for heat networks.
