Bailey Off-Site rises to the occasion

NG Bailey is lowering into place the first of 14 prefabricated modules at Heathrow airport's Terminal 5 to supply all low temperature hot and cold water and domestic services to the new terminal.
Bailey Off-Site rises to the occasion
The four core risers being erected at Heathrow are commissioned by Carillion and manufactured by Bailey Off-Site.

Each of the four core risers are 25m tall with a 24m2 footprint. They will house all main ductwork runs.

The company says the use of off-site manufacturing has resulted in a lot of time being saved - four months per riser, when compared with traditional methods.
