AxFlow appoints a new manager for its Windsor Base

AxFlow UK has appointed John Dixon as base manager for its Windsor Base. In this newly created position, Mr Dixon will be responsible for managing field engineers, workshop engineers, legislative compliance and administration of contracts.
AxFlow managing director Tony Peters said: 'This is a challenging role that will bring new working practices in how the Windsor Base provides a service to our customers and will involve the way that our sales team procure the work, how we repair and finally carry out the installation to our customer requirements.'

AxFlow, the UK's leading independent distributor or pumps and pumping systems, offers facilities and building services managers a comprehensive range of engineering resources for the built environment.

From its Windsor Base, AxFlow operates teams of mobile service engineers for on-site maintenance, supported by workshop personnel and design engineering resources. AxFlow also has repair, service and systems engineering operations in Ealing, Huddersfield, Durham and Aberdeen.

Mr Dixon has worked in the building services industry for over 20 years and immediately prior to joining AxFlow he was operations manager at the University of Surrey for the Estates Department.
