Andrews Sykes Group relocates to bigger premises

HVAC and pump hire specialist, Andrew Sykes Group, has officially opened its newly refurbished premises and depot.
Andrews Sykes Group relocates to bigger premises
Although less than half a mile away from the company's previous site at Gallions Road in Charlton, the move to Peninsular Park is part of ambitious expansion plans.

The new 22,500sq ft facility has almost double the capacity of the previous premises. This extra space enables the firm to expand its fleet size to meet customer demand and has other efficiencies such as the amalgamation of the air conditioning team under one roof.

The new depot will allow a more efficient turnaround of equipment, making it available for hire faster than before. In addition, the range of stock held in one location will improve the speed of response to the London area and to other depots when they need to draw on the Charlton stock.

As the shirt sponsor for Charlton Athletic FC, the official opening of the new premises was attended by Olympic silver medal winner Gemma Gibbons and Chris Powell, manager of last season's League One winning side.
