Amtech extends relationship with Xetec for Ireland

Amtech, the developer of software for the building services industry, has broadened its long-standing partnership with Irish software specialist Xetec. Under this new agreement, Xetec will be the preferred reseller of all Amtech products in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Xetec has been selling Amtech's ProDesign, FastTest and Protect software to electrical designers and installers for more than 15 years. The company will now include additional products for the mechanical and electrical sectors in its portfolio. These include Estimating, Job Costing, Accounts and Specification Writing software, as well as Luckins product and pricing data services.

Amtech sales director Nick Harper commented: 'We have developed a very strong and mutually beneficial relationship with Xetec over the years, built around our electrical design and certification products. Since acquiring leading brands such as Estimation, Luckins and NES, Amtech has not only expanded its product offering, it has also enhanced the integration between the products. It therefore makes sense to harness Xetec's expertise and experience in selling and supporting these products in the Irish markets.'

Under the agreement Amtech's acclaimed technical support team will continue to support the full range of products, while Xetec will provide training courses for all Amtech products on site and at its premises in Bray, Co Wicklow.
