Altecnic has recruited Paul Skinner as customer service and quality manager, in response to increased demand for its accredited plumbing products and technical support.

Mr Skinner has more than 33 years' experience in the plumbing industry and will be using his knowledge and understanding of technical committees, standards and the product approval process to provide the company's customers with expert advice and technical support.
