Ms Laverack has over 10 years’ experience in a number of sales and customer service roles across a diverse range of industries.
She will be working closely with Albion’s distributors on a daily basis to provide exceptional customer service, and will be responsible for managing the internal sales team in the absence of commercial manager Mr Wreakes.
Ms Laverack commented: “I have quickly come to realise that customer service is at the heart of Albion and it fits my own ethos perfectly; I am looking forward to building relationships with all of Albion’s distributors and working with them closely.”
Mr Wreakes, commercial manager at Albion Valves (UK), said: “Following my promotion, it is great to have another likeminded individual on board to help me guide the sales team in providing excellent service.
