Ms Laverack has over 10 years’ experience in a number of sales and customer service roles across a diverse range of industries.

She will be working closely with Albion’s distributors on a daily basis to provide exceptional customer service, and will be responsible for managing the internal sales team in the absence of commercial manager Mr Wreakes.

Ms Laverack commented: “I have quickly come to realise that customer service is at the heart of Albion and it fits my own ethos perfectly; I am looking forward to building relationships with all of Albion’s distributors and working with them closely.” 

Mr Wreakes, commercial manager at Albion Valves (UK), said: “Following my promotion, it is great to have another likeminded individual on board to help me guide the sales team in providing excellent service. This is an important role within Albion and Eve’s skillset and experience will be welcomed by all.”
