Xylem Water Solutions UK, Lowara and Flow Control have merged to become one single business in the UK, effective from 1 July.

The newly integrated company, Xylem Water Solutions UK, comprises many of Xylem's well-known and trusted brands including Lowara, Flygt, Wedeco, Jabsco and Sanitaire. In addition, Xylem's service capability for these brands has been enhanced by the acquisition of PIMS earlier this year.

As a single supplier, Xylem Water Solutions UK will be able to meet customer requirements ranging from clean water and waste water pumping., to monitoring and control, filtration, servicing and ozone and UV disinfection.

Managing director of Xylem Water Solutions UK, Duncan Lewis, said: 'We understand the importance of moving forward as one company with one voice and, from our new position, we will be able to leverage our shared history of innovation to offer a more dedicated service to both new and existing customers. As this positive change takes hold, we remain dedicated to optimising water quality and access on a global scale.'
