Xpelair and Fläkt Wood form joint trading alliance

Xpelair and Fläkt Woods have formed a strategic trading agreement whereby the two organisations will offer market access and routes to distribution for each other's products.
According to Xpelair, the deal provides benefits for both organisations: 'Xpelair widens distribution to specialist markets and gains support for meeting the requirements of more specialist HEVAC projects. Fläkt Woods will have access to domestic/ commercial fans and systems solutions for major projects.'
The alliance provides Fläkt Woods customers with access to a complete product package for the building service sector. Xpelair products will be distributed through Fläkt Woods' Express Range catalogue, as well as via the company's network of sales specialists dealing with specifiers and contractors.
Xpelair CEO John Lee said: 'The two sales organisations already cooperate commercially in several continents. This alliance builds on this strong relationship offering benefits to both companies and wider product availability to the ventilation market as a whole. The two businesses reach different core markets each with their own distribution networks. The alliance draws on our combined strengths to maximise market opportunities in the UK and internationally. This venture provides a high quality of customer service and products designed and built in the UK'.
Xpelair is part of the Glen Dimplex Group.
