Weger acquires assets of Thermal Technology (Sales)

Weger GmbH has been selling its ranges of high quality air handling units in the UK for the past decade through Thermal Technology (Sales) Limited.

Now a new company, Weger Air Solutions UK Limited, has acquired the assets of Thermal Technology (Sales) Limited and is looking to boost sales.

Weger is a family-owned company and has been manufacturing air handling units for 36 years. It has three manufacturing bases in South Tyrol, in Hungary, and one near Munich, in Germany. It also has an assembly base just outside Cairo, which serves the Middle East countries and it sells units to North America and Brazil. The firm employs around 300 people and has a turnover of approximately £42m.

A new office has been set up and the transition from one company to the other will be seamless.

In addition to the Weger Standard Diwer and Economic ranges of air handling units, the company has now launched the Diamant and Mundaria ranges.

We have installed two Weger units on our site. I have one question – does your unit need a trap that allows the condense to be seen or can we use a HEP2O TRAP?
