Weatherite makes appointments to senior management team

Weatherite Service & Maintenance (WSML) has made two key appointments to its senior management team.
Weatherite makes appointments to senior management team
Following the promotion of Andy Johnson from general manager to managing director last year, Ricky Brookes has been promoted to general manager, while Tom Keep has joined the company as service manager.

WSML says the appointments are a direct result of the significant growth and successful development of its business throughout the UK.

Andy Johnson and Ricky Brookes have been responsible for the restructuring of WSML and have doubled the company's turnover. In addition, the firm has secured a number of major contracts, including a significant programme of works for Marks & Spencer.

Mr Brookes is a hvac industry specialist with more than 25 years' experience. As well as taking responsibility for day to day operations at WSML, he intends to develop the company's business further by building client relationships and developing business awareness. He will also focus on training the company's team of apprentices.

Service manager Tom Keep has been in the hvac industry for over 45 years, as an engineer and in the role of service and operations manager for a number of leading UK companies. In his new role, he will manage WSML's team of engineers and day-to-day operations.
