Waterloo Air Products is celebrating its long serving members of staff and investing in new talent to drive its future growth.

The company has a number of very highly skilled and loyal employees who have more than 35 years of service. It also has three members of staff who between them have 108 years’ experience.

Chairman Rick Edmondson said: “We take great pride in our employees, we value their skills and loyalty towards the company. The longevity of service shows dedication and devotion.

“There are 11 people who have also worked here for over 20 years and a further 28 who have worked with us for at least 10 years; together they have a combined 650+ years’ experience.”

To meet further demands for its air distribution systems, Waterloo has also recently welcomed two new members to its design team - Joshua Barker (pictured above) and Matt Southgate (below).

Following an increase in sales the firm has also recently appointed additional sales agents and a new northern sales manager.
