Vulcana and DRU join forces

Vulcana Gas Appliances and DRU Verwarming have signed an agreement through which Vulcana will distribute DRU's commercial heaters to customers in the UK and provide project specification, installation and servicing.
Vulcana and DRU join forces
Vulcana managing director, Martin Emmerson, said: 'Joining forces with DRU has allowed us to add three superb powered flue fan-assisted heaters to our product range, which form our new K series. DRU's large scale manufacturing operation means they can produce high quality heaters quickly and efficiently, so we can provide first class customer service.'

Rein Gelten, managing director of DRU, added: 'Sourcing heating products locally is much easier and more cost effective for building owners. By teaming up with Vulcana we are now perfectly positioned to respond more efficiently to heater enquiries and provide regular servicing and maintenance in the UK.'

Both companies already have a history of cooperation, sharing products and distribution channels. DRU has a large manufacturing operation in the Netherlands where it produces commercial heaters and domestic gas fires for the European market. Vulcana has been in the commercial heating market since 1966, providing innovative heating solutions for schools, churches, libraries and a wide range of other public buildings.
